BILLING PROCEDURES :

Your information will be submitted on a secure line, we do not provide information to any 3rd party.

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovery. If you do not have one of these credit cards you can send us a wire transfer to our Mexican Bank please contact us for more information.

The corresponding reservation amount will be charged to your credit card once submitted and reservation status shows confirmed.

RESERVATIONS
All request must be made directly with Cancun Plus Travel. in written form FAX : + 52 (998) 880-2254 or info@cancunplus.com /all bookings will be confirmed in written form.

HOTEL ACCOMODATIONS
In most cases bedding consists of 2 double beds per room. Rollaway Beds are usually available for a nominal fee and must be paid directly to the Hotel. Price are per person and include tax. Tax is always subject to change without prior notice Smoking Policy Non smoking rooms can be requested at time of reservation, however they cannot be guaranteed.

Cancun Plus Travel reserves the right to utilize alternate accommodations should booking problems occur. Substitutes will be of equal or better in quality.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS (ONLINE RESERVATIONS)

Excursions & Transportation:
Cancellations:
Any transportation or tour activity can be cancelled with 72 hour advance notice. All transportation service or tours canceled by you result in a 10% administrative processing fee. ”No shows” or failure to cancel a tour or activity will result in a 100% charge for the service . Cancellations must be done by the person that made the reservation. We do not accept calls from other travel providers or a hotel concierge. This is to protect you from someone canceling your tour or activities. In the event an activity or tour is cancelled by the tour operator, for any reason, and you are unable to reschedule, you will be receive an immediate (in 48 hours or less) 100% refund to your credit card.

Changes:
You can change any tour or activity 24 hours or more before the activity or tour begins. Changes can be made without a fee or penalty.

Notification of a cancellation must be received by Cancun plus Travel, 72 hours before the activity or tour is to begin, via:

Hotel Reservations:
Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy*
Full payment is required at time of booking.
Cancellations made outside of 7 days prior to departure will forfeit one nights room and tax.
Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will forfeit 100% of total reservation.
Acceptable changes may be subject to a $25 administration fee.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

Deposits and/or Prepayments may be required to confirm certain reservations during high periods. If not received by the date specified in our confirmation, it will be subject to immediate cancellation. Cancun Plus Travel will not be responsible for reservation cancelled due to lack of payment.

VOUCHERS AND ITINERARIES
Should there be any discrepancies between services requested and confirmed and the passengers voucher and/or itinerary, Cancun Plus Travel reservesthe right to interpret the intent of the travel agent and bill(invoice)accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Cancun Plus Travel and/or their agents declare all tickets, vouchers and coupons issued by them and all arrangements for transport and accomodations made by them are made by them upon the express conditions that they shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur either by reason or defect in any vehicle or through the act of default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carryng out the arrangements of the tour, or otherwise in connection there with, or of any hotel proprietor or employee. Cancun Plus Travel and /or their agents will not accept any responsibility for losses or accidental expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, default, or overbooking by hotels, sickness, strikes, war, quarantine, weather related conditions or other causes. All such losses or expenses will have to be home by the passenger. All luggage and small articles are the owner's risk throughout the entire stay/tour. Passenger are responsible for their flight reconfirmations.

ITINERARY AMENDMENTS
Cancun Plus Travel reserves the right to alter and/or modify under any reason and without previous notice,any confirmed service and/or schedule and/or itinerary and/or price on the present website,news brochure,single post issue,or any other written communication,without any responsabilty of total or partial cancellation arise from mentioned alteration.We will not be responsible of any reimbursement for a non provided service accordingly specification and policies of each program.

GENERAL CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE
Once reservation is requested on any of our services published into our web –site,special offers,special promotions,and or single brochures,it is fully established that either passenger as well as travel agent are accepting all and each one of the conditions displayed by Cancun Plus Travel in the present web site .All rates ,Hotel taxes,Hotel name published in this website are subject to change without previous notice and may not apply over certain dates/conventions/ and/or special events,please consult in every case,dates can be modified without previous notice.Some hotel charge a Resort fee or Hotel Fee to all guests and it is collected from the passengers.
